The Navis Group has assisted numerous clients with IT risk assessments and GLBA risk assessments and programs. Our "role" is best described as internal assistance, in that we provide direction and choreography for these efforts in order to meet audit standards, or to correct audit findings. We are not auditors; rather we help the institution be ready to pass muster with the auditors.
 
We have developed MS Excel-based templates and dashboards to guide these risk processes. In addition, we work with well established software-based risk programs and are proud to be a channel partner with Wolf and Company's WolfPAC. Where a software solution has been chosen, we can assist with the implementation and "care and feeding" of IT risk, GLBA risk, and vendor risk programs.

Policy Integration – Technology, Information Security, and vendor management policies guide and delineate an institution’s risk methodologies and definitions. We work with clients to ensure that the risk approach “meshes” with policy dictates.
